TÜV Saarland has once again confirmed outstanding customer service by HEINRICH KIPP WERK. In a representative survey, outstanding performance was attested in the areas of customer satisfaction and service.
The TÜV certificate, which is awarded every two years, is based on a survey of 224 KIPP customers. Top marks were awarded for product availability (1.69), product quality (1.41), adherence to delivery dates (1.59), fast order processing (1.44) and delivery (1.58) to name but a few. Also rated as "excellent" was the friendliness of our employees (1.33). 97.3% of customers surveyed stated to order from HEINRICH KIPP WERK again.
